Operator and acceptance
DiaCare and this website are owned and operated by DiaCare LLC. Professional services are provided by Dr. Wissam Ayesh, Pharmacist, within her professional scope. In-person appointments may take place at Health and Happiness Pharmacy, which is a visit location and is not the owner or operator of DiaCare. Online appointments may be provided through DiaCare. By using the website or DiaCare, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Medical limitations and emergencies
This website and DiaCare support organisation, education, wellness tracking, appointments, and communication. They do not provide a diagnosis, emergency response, or substitute for professional medical judgment. Do not delay urgent care while waiting for a message or using app information. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate urgent-care provider for severe symptoms or an emergency.
Appointments and communication
Available appointment services and any associated terms are shown during booking. Messaging is asynchronous and a response time is not guaranteed for clinical questions. Use the service respectfully and do not submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
Wegovy program messages
Some Wegovy program messages are sent automatically using guidance reviewed and approved by Dr. Wissam Ayesh, Pharmacist (University of British Columbia); they are not immediate personal replies. Personal messages may also come directly from Dr. Wissam or the care team.
Accounts and privacy
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials secure. You may use the privacy controls in DiaCare to manage optional features, request account deletion, and export eligible data. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
DiaCare may use third-party services such as Apple, Google/Firebase, OpenAI, or WhatsApp when you choose the relevant feature. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as our services change. The current version will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Jordan, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
